Kelly Adair Bollinger, Credentialed Prevention Professional (Specialty in Gambling)(CPP-G) Executive Director
Kelly has been with TCCASA since it's first year of operation (1989). Kelly holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Albany and a Masters Degree in Human Services from Binghamton University. Kelly has held her NYS OASAS CPP (Credentialled Prevention Provider) since 2007. Kelly is an Internationally Certified Prevention Specialist. In addition, Kelly has served on the Tioga County Community Services Board for many years (as a member, as Chair of the board and as a sub-committee member). Kelly is a member of the Council on Addiction for New York State (CANYS) and a volunteer puppy raiser for Freedom Guide Dogs of Cassville, New York. Kelly is deeply involved in her community and served as a trustee and then mayor for the Village of Owego in the mid-1990's. In 2008 Kelly obtained a Specialty in Gambling addition for her CPP certification. Kelly is responsible for the daily operations of the agency and she also is an instructor in several TCCASA programs including; Puppy Pals, Alcohol and other Drug Awareness Program (Teen Intervene) and Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention. Christina Olevano Community Prevention Educator
Christina joined the TCCASA staff in April of 2010. Christina holds a Bachelors Degree from SUNY Cortland in Health Education. In addition Christina has served as a trainer for the Broome County Office on Aging, has participated in "Steps to a Healthier New York" and she has run programs focusing on healthy lifestyle changes including exercise and nutrition. Christina is a trained Physical Therapy Assistant with an AAS in Physical Therapy from Broome Community College. Christina works in virtually all of the TCCASA Community Prevention programs including: Puppy Pals, All Stars, Alcohol and other Drug Awareness Program (Teen Intervene) and the Prescription Drug Prevention Program. | Angela Figgs Community Prevention Educator
Angela interned at TCCASA in the fall of 2011 as a student of the Chemical Dependency program at TC3. Upon graduation in December of 2011, Angela was offered the position of Community Prevention Educator at TCCASA and we welcomed her to our staff in January 2012. | Marcia Kropp TCCASA Sub-contractor and Freedom Guide Dog Puppy Raiser/Trainer
Marcia worked as a Prevention Specialist for TCCASA for over ten years until her retirement in May of 2010. Marcia remains with TCCASA as a sub-contractor for the TCCASA Puppy Pals Program. Marcia is a graduate of the State University of Geneseo, New York and worked for the Tioga County Probation department before her tenure at TCCASA. Marcia has been a guide dog puppy raiser/trainer for many years starting with Guiding Eyes for the Blind and working since 2003 with Freedom Guide Dogs of Cassville, New York. Marcia was an obedience class instructor at Stray Haven Humane Society and in 1997 was awarded the Humanitarian of the Year Award.
